GDPR - personal data protection

In accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. and with regard to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data, the customer agrees to the processing of their personal data provided to the seller:

  1. The customer acknowledges that they will provide accurate personal data (when registering, in their user account, when placing an order via the website) and will inform the seller of any changes to their personal data.
  2. The customer agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller for the purposes of exercising the rights and obligations arising from the purchase contract and for the purposes of maintaining a user account.
  3. From the moment the customer submits the online form, the seller processes the following personal data about the customer: first and last name, address of residence or place of business, identification number, tax identification number, e-mail address, telephone number, order history, invoicing, delivery notes, documents related to the contract, and other personal data provided (hereinafter collectively referred to as "personal data") for the purpose of:
  4. a) fulfilling the seller's rights and obligations related to the delivery of services or goods,
  5. b) sending information related to the seller's services or goods,
  6. c) responding to inquiries.
  7. If the customer believes that the seller is processing their personal data in a manner that is contrary to the protection of the customer's private and personal life or contrary to the law, they may:
  8. – ask the seller for an explanation;
  9. – request that the seller remedy the situation.
  10. – If the seller does not comply with the request, the customer has the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  11. The seller may entrust the processing of the customer's personal data to a third party as a processor. Except for persons transporting goods, personal data will not be transferred to third parties by the seller without the prior consent of the customer.
  12. Personal data will be processed electronically in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.
  13. The customer declares that the personal data provided is true. The provision of personal data is voluntary and this consent may be revoked at any time free of charge by sending a request to info@111music.cz.
  14. Consent to the processing of personal data is valid for an indefinite period and becomes valid and effective on the day of providing consent to the seller.

These Rules come into effect on January 11, 2026
